Youth Girls Leadership Program

NextGen Queens is a dynamic leadership journey designed to inspire, empower, and equip young girls with essential skills and self-confidence. Through a series of interactive sessions, participants explore self-discovery in the Vision Board Workshop, gain knowledge of their rights and responsibilities, and receive mentorship through Queenspire to develop their ideas. They also build practical self-defense skills, engage in leadership training with debates and role play, and participate in a community project by cooking and donating meals. Each session combines leadership training, personal growth, empowerment, and social responsibility, fostering a generation of confident, capable young leaders.
